InsuredMine is an insurance-specific CRM and client-engagement platform built to run the sales pipeline, drip marketing and analytics an agency management system handles poorly — plus a co-branded mobile app your policyholders can actually use. It is a paid, per-user product at $118 per user per month ($106 billed annually), with a 14-day trial for $1. If your producers are working leads out of a spreadsheet and your clients only hear from you at renewal, InsuredMine is the layer that closes both gaps.

Like the other CRMs in this category, it sits on top of a management system rather than replacing it — and one detail matters for buyers: AMS integration is not available during the trial, so you evaluate the CRM before you can test the sync.

What Is InsuredMine #

InsuredMine is a cloud-based CRM and agency-automation platform made by InsuredMine (a US company based in Richardson, Texas). It works as an all-in-one insurance CRM covering three jobs: sales (pipeline and opportunity management), engagement (drip campaigns, reviews, reputation) and analytics (dashboards and custom reports). Beyond individual agencies, it also runs an aggregator platform with analytics for clusters and networks.

What sets it apart from a plain sales CRM is the client-facing side: InsuredMine ships a co-branded mobile app for policyholders, separate from the agent app, so your clients get a branded self-service experience on their phone. For an agency fighting the retention treadmill, that direct client channel is the differentiator.

Features #

Sales pipeline and Account 360 #

The sales module runs a visual pipeline with opportunity management, goal tracking and task management, anchored by "Account 360" — a 360-degree view of each client that pulls their policies, activity and communications into one screen. Producers work deals through stages instead of losing them in an inbox.

Engagement, drip campaigns and reputation #

The engagement side is where InsuredMine attacks churn. Drip campaigns and automation keep clients warm between renewals; a template library and work-email integration standardize outreach; and built-in Google Reviews, reputation and NPS tools turn happy clients into referrals and ratings — the exact retention-and-referral motion agencies struggle to sustain by hand.

eSignatures and payments #

InsuredMine includes native eSignatures with SMS one-time-password verification, parallel signing and Stripe integration, so documents get signed and paid without bolting on a separate tool.

Client and agent mobile apps #

There are two mobile apps: an agent app for producers and a co-branded client app for policyholders. The client app gives insureds a branded place to view policies and reach the agency — a self-service channel that takes routine service load off CSRs.

Analytics and integrations #

Dashboards and custom reports give owners a read on the book and producer performance. InsuredMine connects to a wide AMS list — AMS360, Sagitta, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, QQ Catalyst, NowCerts, Nexsure and more — plus Canopy Connect and TurboRater for intake, Stripe/ePay for payments, Twilio and RingCentral for communications, and Zapier for everything else.

Pricing #

InsuredMine prices per user per month, and both published columns list the same included feature set (the columns are split by billing frequency rather than by feature tier):

Plan Price Billing
Monthly $118 / user / month Billed monthly
Annual (Enterprise) $106 / user / month Billed annually — save 10%

Setup and implementation fees apply on top, and the trial is a 14-day run for $1. Communications are metered add-ons: additional texts run 1,000 for $10/month and additional emails 10,000 for $10/month. Included across both plans are a dedicated account manager, single sign-on tied to Active Directory, monthly custom training, MFA and other security measures, an enterprise SLA, the co-branded client app and configurable outbound webhooks. Note that AMS integration is not provided inside the trial.

Third-party listings quote lower per-seat figures ($49–$109), but those do not match the vendor's own page, so the official $118/$106 numbers are the ones to plan around.

Who It's For (and Who It Isn't) #

InsuredMine fits an agency that already runs an AMS and wants a modern CRM with a real client-engagement channel — drip marketing, reputation tools and a branded app that reaches policyholders directly. Aggregators, clusters and networks are an explicit fit too, thanks to the dedicated aggregator analytics platform. The per-user model scales cleanly as you add producers.

It is a weaker fit for a solo agent watching every dollar: at $118 per user per month plus setup fees, it costs more per seat than agency-flat-rate CRMs, and the value shows up when you have a team using the pipeline and the engagement tools. It is also not a management system — it does not issue policy documents or take carrier downloads — so it rides on top of your AMS as a second tool, syncing client and policy data across from the system of record rather than replacing it. And because AMS integration is excluded from the trial, you cannot test that sync before you buy.

Is It Legit and Worth It? #

InsuredMine is a legitimate, established insurance CRM with a broad integration list and a genuine differentiator in the co-branded client app. The vendor states it is SOC 2 Type II certified, and the platform's engagement and reputation tools map directly onto the retention and referral problems agencies talk about most. For a team that will actually run drip campaigns and push the client app, the per-seat cost can pay for itself in retained and referred business.

The honest caveats are cost and structure. Per-user pricing plus setup fees make it a real commitment, and metered texts and emails add to the bill as you scale outreach — the same "communications upcharge" pain agencies flag across the category. It is a second bill on top of your management system, not a way to consolidate. And the trial's exclusion of AMS integration means the single most important thing — whether the sync into your AMS is clean — is the one thing you evaluate last.

Alternatives #

  • AgencyZoom — a competing insurance sales & service CRM priced per agency (up to 7 users) rather than per seat.
  • Better Agency — automation-first insurance CRM (now GloveBox CRM) with 100+ prebuilt campaigns.
  • NowCerts — if you need the management system underneath, not just the CRM layer.
  • HawkSoft — a small-agency AMS that InsuredMine integrates with, if the system of record is the gap.

Frequently Asked Questions

InsuredMine is $118 per user per month billed monthly, or $106 per user per month billed annually (a 10% saving). Setup and implementation fees apply on top, and there is a 14-day trial for $1.

No. InsuredMine is an insurance CRM and engagement platform, not an AMS. It has no ACORD forms or carrier downloads — it integrates with management systems like AMS360, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, QQ Catalyst and NowCerts and adds the sales, marketing and analytics layer on top.

InsuredMine ships a co-branded mobile app for policyholders (separate from the agent app) where clients can view their policies and reach the agency, giving insureds a branded self-service channel that reduces routine service load on CSRs.

No. The vendor states that AMS integration is not provided in the InsuredMine trial, so you evaluate the CRM itself before you can test the sync into your management system.

It connects to AMS platforms (AMS360, Sagitta, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, QQ Catalyst, NowCerts, Nexsure and more), Canopy Connect and TurboRater for intake, Stripe/ePay for payments, Twilio and RingCentral for communications, and Zapier for wider automation.

It can work, but the per-user price plus setup fees make it a stronger fit for a team that will actually run the pipeline and engagement tools. A cost-conscious solo shop may prefer an agency-flat-rate CRM or an all-in-one AMS.
